On July 28, 2026, Officer McCabe was ceremoniously sworn in during the East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors' meeting, surrounded by fellow officers, family, and friends.

Officer McCabe brings nine years of law enforcement experience to our department and comes from a proud family of veteran law enforcement officers. We are excited to have him join our team and know he will be a tremendous asset to both our department and the East Norriton community.

Today, Detective Sergeant Rota, Officer Kaisinger, and K9 Peaches had a great time meeting and interacting with the Variety kids. Last night, we were proud to recognize Detective Jared Weiner and Officer Darrien Zivkovic with a Merit Award for their outstanding work and teamwork in solving a series of criminal incidents in East Norriton Township.

Officer Zivkovic's proactive patrol efforts led to the detention of a suspect connected to multiple crimes, while Detective Weiner's follow-up investigation secured a full confession and helped clear six criminal cases! Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to public safety exemplify the highest standards of law enforcement.
