🌟🎶 Peace Out, Kindergarten! ✌️🎶🌟

What a wonderful evening celebrating our kindergarten students during their end-of-year concert, "Peace Out, Kindergarten!"

Our young performers did an outstanding job sharing their talents through music, movement, and smiles as they showcased all they have learned throughout the school year. From Peace in My Heart to We Are First Graders, our students filled the room with joy, confidence, and excitement for the journey ahead.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the parents, family members, friends, and community members who joined us to support and celebrate our students. Your presence helped make the evening truly special and created lasting memories for our children.

A special thank you goes to Mrs. Emily Bulman for her dedication, creativity, and hard work in preparing our students for this memorable performance. We are grateful for the many opportunities she provides for our students to shine.

As we prepare to say goodbye to kindergarten and look ahead to first grade, we couldn't be prouder of all our students have accomplished this year.

Thanks to Vertex and Wish for Wheels, our second grade students had an incredible opportunity to receive a new bike, helmet, and bike lock! Our students learned about bike safety and the importance of always wearing a helmet. Students were so excited to take their new bikes home and start riding! This week, all kindergarten students brought home “just right readers" books to help them continue building strong reading habits and skills over the summer. These books were carefully selected to match each child’s reading level so they can practice reading with confidence and success. Encouraging your child to read a little each day will help maintain the progress they made this school year and keep their love of reading growing all summer long!

📚☀️ Learning Beyond the Classroom! ☀️📚

Mr. Fusco recently took a his students outside to enjoy a beautiful outdoor learning experience while reading Action Jackson. Students were engaged, excited to participate, and fully immersed in the story as they enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine.

Experiences like these remind us that learning can happen anywhere and that a change of scenery can spark curiosity, conversation, and a love of reading. Great job, Mr. Fusco and our third graders, for making the most of a beautiful day while bringing literature to life!

What a beautiful day for some PBIS fun! ☀️🏀

Our students had an amazing time participating in the 3rd Grade vs. 4th Grade basketball game with Mr. Fusco! It was great to see teamwork, sportsmanship, school spirit, and lots of smiles all around.

🐼📚 Welcome Future Pandas! 🎉

We had an AMAZING turnout for our Kindergarten Information Session with over 40 incoming kindergarten students and their families joining us at Paul V. Fly Elementary School!

Families had the opportunity to tour the building, meet our incredible staff, learn more about kindergarten, and begin building connections as they prepare for this exciting next chapter. The energy, excitement, and smiles throughout the evening were truly wonderful to see!

A huge thank you to all of our staff members, tour guides, office staff, custodial team, leadership team, and everyone who helped behind the scenes to create such a welcoming and positive experience for our future Panda families.

☀️🏃 FIELD DAY FUN AT PAUL V. FLY! ⚽🎉

What an AMAZING day at PVF! Our students had an absolute blast participating in this year’s Field Day filled with teamwork, laughter, school spirit, water games, relay races, and unforgettable memories!

A huge THANK YOU to Angela Readinger and Jen Shoemaker for their incredible planning and organization that made today such a tremendous success. We also want to thank our teachers, support staff, leadership team, office staff, custodial team, and the amazing support of our parent volunteers who helped make the day run so smoothly.

Thank you as well to the families who were able to attend and cheer on their children throughout the day. The smiles, excitement, and positive energy throughout the event were truly incredible and helped make the day extra special for our students.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 28th is Field Day (rain or shine). Please make sure your child wears their assigned color and sneakers. Apply sunscreen before coming to school and consider sending them in with a hat. If your child brings in a water bottle, please label it with their name. Thank you for your support!
