Ensure you are preparing physically and mentally before going to recruit training. The common trend we see every pick up week are recruits failing the IST miserably. Your recruiter can only do so much. If you do not show up to PT and barely pass your IST you are not where you need to be. Recruits getting sent home for not being able the pass the IST is a thing.
