As Station 42 closes out 2025, here are a few highlights from an outstanding year of service.

• 295 calls for service
• Average staffing: 5 members per call
• Average response time: 2 minutes and 38 seconds
• Certified training completed: 1,035 hours
• In-house station training: 660 hours
• Community outreach: 2,000 hours

These numbers reflect the dedication, readiness, and commitment of our members to serving the community and each other.

Message from Santa: It was a pleasure seeing all of the good little boys and girls this evening! I am heading back to the North Pole to check in on my elves and reindeer as we approach the big day. Merry Christmas East Prospect!

Message from the members of EPFC: While we are extremely sad of the conclusion of our fire company, we are overly grateful and overwhelmed with the love and support that we received from our community this evening! We truly have the best community out there! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
We would also like to send a thank you to Craley Fire Department for joining us this year!

In addition, we would love to keep the memory of our final Santa Run alive. Comment all pictures and videos that you took of your family, Santa, or us this evening!

Tonight was the final regular meeting of East Prospect Fire Company. Prior to the meeting everyone enjoyed a spaghetti dinner & dessert. During the meeting the Chief & others from Admin thanked our personnel for staying with us until the last day especially on several difficult calls this month.
We are looking forward to another special goodbye as we es**rt Santa throughout the Boro for one last time, on Saturday, starting at 6PM.
