East Rochester Fire Department The ERFD is 100% volunteer. We proudly serve to cover 3 square miles and respond mutual aid ERFD responds to around 400 calls every year.

Fireman’s Parade will start at 6:30pm tonight. Road closures will begin at 6pm. If you must travel during this time, please find an alternative route, or leave earlier. Please see the attached photo of the parade route. It starts on the east side of S. Washington St. on W. Commercial St. The designated parade parking is for participating fire apparatus after the parade.

This is an 18+ event. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please see the attached picture with the list of restrictions for more details.

You’ve got two more nights! Tonight & Saturday, we’ll be down on the school grounds with live music, and food trucks! We’ll have:

We’ll have an opening act for tonight, Friday 7/24 starting at 6pm. Tonight’s will be East Rochester School District’s own Roisin Dubh Irish Band.

Please note that the Karknocker 5k will be going on between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Best access to the Music Fest during that time will be to use S. Washington St and go down W. Ivy St. Use the west side entrance.

For our neighboring departments joining us in our parade on Saturday, 7/25/26, the parade will begin at 6:30pm sharp. There will be signs posted Saturday morning regarding lineup. Judges stand will be in front of our department on Main Street.
