Serious Mental Illness (SMI) can make it hard to be independent or even to know where to begin.

Our Supervised Residential Program offers 53 beds in 5 homes across East St. Louis and Belleville. Here residents receive therapy, 24-hour staff assistance, help with medications, and practice in developing helpful routines and habits.

Have you or someone you know been struggling with serious mental illness? Is it challenging for you to get out to appointments? Have you tried other treatments and nothing has worked?

Our Assertive Community Treatment team brings interdisciplinary care to you with nursing, therapy, case management, peer support, medication management and help with cooccurring substance misuse support. Staff will check in with you several times per week and are ready to support your needs. Prequalification is required for ACT services.
