LET'S SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY!!
Did you know that in the height of it's membership in the 1950s, the Ohio State Grange had 902 chapters? There are currently only 91 chapters statewide.
And, there are just three in Stark County today.
Established in 1907, we are proud to say that our Pike Grange #1669 is active!
As costs continue to rise and membership continues to thin, we all have an opportunity to help our locals!!
There are a couple of fund raisers coming up soon.
Please take the time to help support this community organization!

Today is National Dog Day.
As we co-parent with this new addition to our station, we'd like to introduce you to Gunner. 🤎

Today is National Dog Day so it seems like a perfect time to introduce the latest addition to our station.
This is Gunner--
aka Gunner the Bestest Boy
aka Gunner the Goodest Guy
aka Silly Goose.
He is a one'ish year-old lab mix and we sprung him from the Tusc Co Pound.
With all that has been thrown at him in a very short time--leaving the pound in a cone after neutering, a constant rotation of personnel through the doors and overhead tones at all hours--
he's doing great!!
You'll see us walking him around the Village. Stop us and meet him. He's a very friendly guy!

Chief Arnie Adams recently worked with Mineral City Fire Chief Sam Moore and Sandy Twp (Tusc Co) Trustee Willard Himes to replace the antenna on the siren at the Trustee's Garage on Crossroads Rd NE in Sandyville.
It's a long way up there, folks!!
