Town Hall will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.

The Town will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, September 8th, from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

🗑️ Trash Service Reminder:
GFL will still be providing trash collection services to the Town of East Spencer on Monday, September 7th. Please have your trash carts at the curb as early as Sunday evening to ensure they are available for service.

The Town of East Spencer is currently accepting food and non-food vendors for our annual Southern Soul Music Festival! 🎤🎸

⏰ 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📍 Town of East Spencer

Join us, along with everyone else who will be coming, for an incredible event featuring:

Live band performances
Large raffles and giveaways
Delicious food vendors
Local businesses, artisans & non-food vendors
And a spectacular fireworks finale!

This year's festival will be an extra-special celebration as we close out the townnof East Spencer's 125th Anniversary!

Food vendors and non-food vendors are encouraged to apply!

We’re just two days away from East Spencer’s first-ever parade.
Join us Saturday, Aug. 29, at 10 a.m. as we celebrate 125 years of history, growth and community.

PARADE WATCHERS:
Arrive before 10 a.m. to find a viewing spot along Long Street. Long Street will temporarily close as the parade passes and reopen behind the parade.

You can also park in the grass lot behind the tennis courts at Dunbar School. Access the lot using:
Broad St. → Washington St. → Moore St. → Grass lot

PARTICIPANTS AND BUSES:
The parade will travel from Town Hall toward Kiddie Land Kindergarten Inc. Buses may line up along East Broad Street.
Vehicles leaving the parade route should use:
Broad St. → Hunt St. → Kinley St. → Long St.

Please arrive early and follow directions from parade officials and law enforcement. We can’t wait to celebrate this historic milestone with everyone.

We're preparing to host the first-ever East Spencer Parade, and we want YOU to be part of this historic celebration as we commemorate 125 years of history, growth and community. The date is Saturday, August 29, 10 a.m.
Parade Route:
The parade will begin at East Spencer Town Hall, 105 S. Long St., and travel to the Dunbar Center.
Want to watch?
Residents and visitors are encouraged to line the parade route and cheer on participants as we celebrate this milestone together.

Andrews Street
