Marshalls Creek Fire Company The Offical page for the Marshalls Creek Fire Company located in Marshalls Creek, PA. The Marshalls Creek Volunteer Fire Company was founded in 1945.

It is a public company and its members are of a volunteer status. We proudly protect more than 22,000 people in a primarily rural area of 85 square miles. We operate from two stations, have a total of 15 pieces of apparatus and 45 active members responding to over 800 calls per year. Our company provides the services of responding to fires, emergency medical services, extrication, search and rescue and hazmat.

Dispatched on 6/11/2026 at approximately 1310 hours to the 500 block of Seven Bridge Road in Smithfield for a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries. Rescue 29-10 arrived to find 3 vehicles with debris & fluid down as well as 2 minor injuries who were treated and transported by Bushkill EMS to a local trauma center.

Shortly after at approximately 1445 hours, Utility 29-6 responded to the 6100 block of Lakeshore Dr West in Monroe Lakes for a patient experiencing signs of heat exhaustion. Providers initiated care until Suburban EMS arrived. This is a reminder that the hot temperatures are here and our bodies are letting us know when to take a break. Drink plenty of fluids, stay cool, and know the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

Dispatched on 06/09/2026 at approximately 1200 hours to the 00 block of Mount Nebo Road for a reported smoke investigation. Brush 29-5 arrived on scene to find an active fire in a storm drain. Upon extinguishment, it was found that the culvert pipe had melted & burned completely through from an unknown source. Crews returns to service a short time later.

Good Morning! We have had a recent increase in phone calls asking about pool fills. Unfortunately we do not provide pool fills here at Marshalls Creek. Yesterday 6/5 was another eventful day here at the 29 house!

Around 0900 hours, MCFC was alerted for an uncontrolled burn πŸ”₯ in the 200 block of Orchard Rd. Brush 29-15 extinguished the fire and returned to service.

Around 1300 hours, MCFC was alerted for a police assist in the 3600 block of Sequoia Dr. Engine 29-2, Tanker 29-4 & Tanker 29-14 responded and returned to service without incident as PSP handled the situation.

Around 1730 hours, MCFC was alerted for a Residential Fire Alarm in the 200 block of Turnberry Village. Alarm was accidental and services were not required.

Several of our line officers were also committed to a Firefighter II course at Monroe County Public Safety Center in the evening hours. πŸ“š

Our MCFC EMS providers also had the opportunity to support our neighbors at Pocono Mountain Regional Emergency Medical Services from 4pm-11pm last evening. While they had the opportunity to relax and enjoy their yearly employee appreciation dinner, Marshalls Creek Fire Co. staffed both BLS ambulances and simultaneously handled 5 medical emergencies across the Pocono Mountain area as well as assisted with standby services at the Pocono Mountain East High School graduation ceremony! πŸŽ“

Marshalls Creek crews had an eventful Wednesday!

Rescue 29-10 started the morning off at 0845 hours with a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries on Resica Falls Road (Route 402) @ Courtright Lane.

Just prior to 1130 hours, 29 QRS was alerted for a traumatic injury in the 6200 block of Franklin Hill Road with Bushkill EMS.

At around 1600 hours, Marshalls Creek was requested into the 00 Block of Henry Street in East Stroudsburg Borough for a working commercial building fire. 29 Command, Engine 29-2, Utility 29-6, Squad 29-11 responded and operated for approximately 2 hours.

As station 29 was cleaning up from the fire assist, 29 Command, Rescue 29-10, & Utility 29-6 responded to a single vehicle Motor vehicle accident vs a tree on Sellersville Dr in the area of Wagon Trail Road at approximately 1850 hours.

Dispatched on 6/2/2026 at approximately 1527 hours to the area of Independence Rd @ Smithfield Trailer Court in Smithfield for a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries. 29-9-5 arrived on scene to find 2 vehicles in the roadway with debris & fluids down. 1 patient evaluated by Bushkill EMS and released. Please use caution in the area as traffic is still backlogged.

Today, our department mourns the heartbreaking loss of Officer Kristen Yeager, who made the ultimate sacrifice while responding to a call for service on May 29, 2026.

Officer Yeager served our community with courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication. She answered the call to protect and serve each day, placing the safety of others above her own. Her commitment to her badge, her fellow officers, and the citizens she served will never be forgotten.

We ask that you keep Officer Yeager’s family, friends, and our entire law enforcement family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest easy, Officer Yeager. Your watch has ended, but your legacy of service and sacrifice will live on forever. We got it from here.

Marshalls Creek units had several back to back incidents last evening!

Dispatched around 2210 hours to the 5400 block of Gingerbread Lane in Leisure Lands, Middle Smithfield for a reported residential structure fire with smoke & flames showing. While en route it was upgraded to entrapment, homeowner hanging from a bathroom window. PSP Stroudsburg arrived to find all parties evacuated and negative injuries. 1st in apparatus placed a hand line into service quickly bringing the fire under control.
Units on scene: 29 Command, Tanker 29-14, Tanker 29-4, Engine 29-2, Engine 29-1, Squad 29-11, 29 Support

While units were responding to the structure fire, they were alerted for a second incident at 2217 hours for a reported golf cart accident with injury in the area of Sellersville Dr @ Lower Lakeview Dr in Middle Smithfield. Marshalls Creek requested Pike County for Bushkill Fire Co to handle.

As units were cleaning up from the fire, they were alerted at 2338 hours to the 100 block of Tan Drive in Middle Smithfield for a reported Residential CO Alarm. Crews investigated and found no threat.
