Michiel shares why traditional building materials matter now more than ever—preserving not just structures, but the craftsmanship and stories they carry.

Thanks to the dedication of the Elizabeth Vann Moore Foundation, this extraordinary woodwork is receiving the care and materials it truly deserves. Because of their work, this space isn’t just restored—it’s protected for generations to come.
