Happy 250th 🇺🇸

In 1776, Massachusetts was the only Colony to distribute the Declaration of Independence to all of its Towns to be read in public. 250 years later, State Representative Hadley Luddy delivered a replica of that print to share with our community. Delivered to Rich Bienvenue, Town Manager to be displayed in Town Hall.

Amazing day at the Eastham Farmers market today … talked with dozens of people, year-round residents, part-time residents, new retirees, visitors, someone who grew up in Eastham in the 80’s and 90’s and is finally returning … and more! It’s always an interesting discussion about how we end up in this special place, so many stories!!! Plus, the market was bussin …. Come check it out at TTime, Friday’s, 9-12.

It was my pleasure to speak with our Part-Time residents this weekend. I gave a quick update on town operations and projects and took several questions. Some questions I answered better than others, some were very technical. I’ll spend part of my time tomorrow following up on providing thorough answers and will make a post so all can see the questions/answers! Thanks to EPRTA!

I had the pleasure of speaking to the Massasoit Hills Homeowners Association this morning at the … talked about what makes Eastham a great place to live, work, and play, and updated the group on the status of various town projects and issues. From wastewater, RTE, housing, T-Time development, Route Six design, and more! One aspects of my job I love is interacting with residents, whether they agree with the direction we are going, or not … it’s an opportunity to educate, entertain, or inform, and I love the feedback!

Another historic day in Eastham! 💧 ☀️

Our town had a historic moment today - the installation of the final pipe in our water project!!

After several years and multiple phases of planning, work and collaboration, this moment represents the completion of a major infrastructure project that will benefit our community for generations to come. From improving water quality, public health and environmental protection, this investment reflects our shared commitment to Eastham’s future.

We’re incredibly grateful to the residents, businesses, partners and town staff who made achieving this milestone possible. A special shout out to Asst. DPW Director Kim St. Aubin who has shepherded the project from the beginning.

💰 Oversee revenue collections, cash and treasury management
