We could all be seeing some relief from high energy bills soon thanks to this FERC ruling (15 years in the making):

We'll see how quickly these refunds can get delivered (and how much we could each be getting), but for now enjoying a rare win for consumers over corporate profts.

New England electricity customers could receive nearly $1 billion in refunds and see lower energy costs moving forward following a federal ruling aimed at reducing utility profits.
