We had a great tour of the Creative Factory—formerly the Banana Factory—and it’s incredible to see how this space has evolved into such a vibrant hub for the arts. From sun-filled studios that give artists the perfect environment to create, to a black box comedy theatre, recording studio, and even a bar, every corner reflects energy, creativity, and community.

The entire fifth floor is dedicated as a rental venue, offering a unique space for events, and the experience wouldn’t be complete without the deck overlooking the South Side—an amazing view that ties it all together. This is exactly the kind of place that strengthens our cultural fabric and supports local talent. I can’t wait until it is complete.

Both Bethlehem and Easton began their Pride celebrations this week. 🌈 Lehigh Valley's LGBTQ+ history is rooted in grassroots activism. It grew from a movement focused on survival and municipal protections in the 1990s into highly visible, community-wide Pride celebrations that exist today. Northampton County's cities partner with the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, a nonprofit that provides a vibrant, inclusive space in the Lehigh Valley for all of the region’s LGBTQ+ residents.
