Forks Township was made aware that the garbage trucks sprayed hydraulic fluid during the trash pick-ups. They have contacted the hauler and should have come out today. If there are any questions, it should be directed to the township as we do not have any details about next steps. Thank you.

Dear Residents,

With the forecast calling for a significant snowstorm this weekend, parking on our streets may become especially limited over the next few days. Many residents will be spending time shoveling out their own vehicles and parking spaces so that emergency and plow access can be maintained.

As a courtesy to one another, please try to avoid using a space that someone has already cleared themselves, and instead look for an unshoveled area when possible. If you can park in your garge and driveway, that is preferred . A little consideration can go a long way in helping everyone get through the storm safely and with less stress.
