For only the 2nd time in its history, the Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis. Patients may already be impacted. Blood donations have fallen to a 4-year summer low. Donors, especially those with type O blood, are needed ASAP to help save lives. The Talbot County Health Department will be holding a blood drive onsite on September 9.
