RECALL ALERT: Nara Organics Infant Formula

Parents and caregivers are advised to STOP using all lots of Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula immediately due to a potential risk of contamination with Clostridium botulinum, the bacterium that can cause infant botulism. Federal health officials have linked three infant botulism cases to babies who consumed the formula; all were hospitalized and treated. No deaths have been reported.

Affected products:
• Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula (400g)
• Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula (700g)
• All lot numbers currently on the market are included in the recall.

Seek immediate medical attention if an infant who consumed this formula develops symptoms such as:
• Constipation
• Poor feeding
• Weak cry
• Drooping eyelids
• Muscle weakness or loss of head control
• Difficulty breathing or swallowing

For recall and refund information, contact Nara Organics or visit FDA recall resources. Do not use recalled formula.
