Neighborhood Service Center, Inc. We are dedicated to providing information and assistance in the areas of housing, enrichment programs for the youth, and preventive services.

The Neighborhood Service Center Incorporated is a community action agency providing a wide range of services and assistance to low income individuals, senior citizens and families of Talbot County. We are a 501 C3 non profit agency located in Easton, Maryland that allocates state and federal funding as well as local government funding and private donations to assist those less fortunate.
