PMA is incredibly thankful for the alumni and friends who continue to support the Palmetto Military Academy Alumni Association Golf Tournament!

The sponsorships, participation, and generosity directly pour back into the PMA OCS program and help support both our officer candidates and staff. Because of their continued investment, we are able to strengthen leadership development, enhance training opportunities, and continue building the next generation of leaders.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing alongside us in support of those who serve. We truly could not do it without this amazing community! ⛳🇺🇸

Another major highlight from this year’s Gettysburg Staff Ride was having the opportunity to host the North Carolina OCS cadre and candidates alongside us. What an incredible experience to have another unit from within our TASS Battalion participate in this professional development event together.

The collaboration, professionalism, and engagement displayed throughout the staff ride were outstanding. Our Officer Candidates did an exceptional job researching, collaborating, and briefing the opposing sides of the battle, bringing history to life through thoughtful analysis and leadership discussion.

Experiences like this strengthen partnerships across our battalion while developing critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills that will serve these future officers well. Proud of the teamwork, professionalism, and dedication displayed by everyone involved.

More highlights from Gettysburg:

The dining-in was rich with tradition, highlighted by historic grog toasts that honored those who came before us and the legacy we continue to carry forward.

A standout moment of the evening was the officer branch reveal which is always a highly anticipated tradition. We’re proud to share that our Senior Officer Candidates were officially awarded their primary branch selections!

Congratulations to each of you on this milestone. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to service continue to set the standard. 🇺🇸

Just a few highlights from our staff ride to Gettysburg:

Celebrating the promotion of CPT Poirier, whose family traveled all the way from Connecticut to share in the moment. Recognizing our candidates as they advanced to Senior Officer Candidates—an important milestone in their journey. And we were honored to have Brigadier General Riedel join us as our distinguished guest.

More highlights to come in the coming days.
