Kat Orlando Duo will be here tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. Larry and Kat are a powerful performing duo playing many popular venues in Michigan including our library. Nominated in 2022 for Detroit Music Award Outstanding Band/Artist, their concert is sure to entertain you with their mix of Motown and Pop music. Join us in the Courtyard (weather permitting) or the Community Room. Bring your own chair or use one of ours.

Thanks to a lovely partnership with Sue Todd and the Eastpointe Memorial Library, our school district has access to the digital resources that the public library provides. Instead of a physical library card, students and staff can access these with the prefix “ECS” + their district/student ID number (ie ECS123456). This is available to all students and staff PK-12 (including those at the Early Learning Center!).

Saturday October 23, 2021 from 10am until 130PM we will have our Plant Exchange in the parking lot of the Eastpointe Library. Load up your vehicles with your extra plants and divisions. Bag, tag and drag your offerings to trade or give away to other gardeners. Even if you don't have plants to exchange, c'mon over and see what others have to offer. No money is involved. Come with your plants and enjoy the company of fellow Eastpointe gardeners. PLEASE LABEL ALL OF YOUR PLANTS.
It's a double feature, the Library will also be having a Used Book Sale that day. Start your fall/winter reading list with a bag of bargain books.
