Miss Abby is reading one story about Juneteenth and then talking about a few other Juneteenth books that we have at the library. The books are for elementary age readers.
Kids and teens, have you ever wanted to take a dance class? Motor City Street Dance Academy has done a special virtual program for the library! The video starts about a minute and a half in and starts off with the history of hip hop. About 15 minutes in our teacher shows us some moves and puts them together in an exciting set that you can learn from home! This video will be available to us for 30 days.

Today was the last day we delivered books to Eastpointe residents. Thank you to the City of Eastpointe for letting the library borrow the city vehicles.
The library is offering Curbside Service beginning Monday, June 8th from 10:00 am-8:00 pm. On Monday, June 22 we will be open to the public.

This Thursday's storytime is all about unicorns! If you are interested in these, or other unicorn books, give us a call and we can have some ready for you when we start curbside pick-up next Monday.
On Monday, June 8 the library will provide curbside service to patrons that place holds using our catalog, Enterprise, or by calling us to request material. This includes tax forms. Call the library when you arrive, have your library card ready, the material will be checked out and brought out to your car.
Patrons returning library material need to use the drop box in front of the library.
All material checked out prior to our closure has a due date of June 30.
We will be open to the public beginning on Monday, June 22.
