We've all heard $35 million dollars is the cost to improve Broadband in San Juan County. I think we can actually build services to rural Islanders that are struggling with Broadband this summer.

I believe Islanders want an OPEN competition to show us what Broadband to rural San Juan County actually looks like, how it benefits people. From there we can move forward, if the benefits are there and the price is right.

Let's less than 1% of that RUS loan to demonstrate how an amazing, high speed Internet access in Rural San Juan County can change lives and improve the local economy. In an Open Competition that is *inclusive* of the experience, knowledge and desires of Islanders.

Lets do this via open competition in a truly free market where the Islander wins.
