WOW! Click, Clack, Roar! Mrs. Roush’s kindergarten class traveled to the Middle School to work with Mrs. Wegner’s 7th-grade ELA class. The lesson was on “onomatopoeia,” and the kindergartners partnered with a 7th-grade student to write a story using onomatopoeias! No growl, creak, or clunk about it, a lot of learning, perseverance, collaboration, creativity, and fun was had by all.

JOIN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIM TEAM !!

Open to boys and girls in Grades 6 – 8 from Eaton Rapids Public Schools & Island City Academy.

No Experience Necessary, No Tryouts, Everyone Competes

Season runs December 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026

The Participation Fee is $83.00 for the season.
The MS swim team is a club-sponsored sport - a sports physical is not necessary.

Participation fees can be paid by cash, check, or money order (made out to ER Community ED) or online. Please contact Val Finney if you are interested in payment plan options.

The process for online payment is as follows:
go to www.erpsk12.org – click on Community Education, then Pay Online, select 1. and Community Education again. VF002-55 Middle School Swim Team is the selection to make!

Swim Meets are away and are held on weekday evenings, with two Saturday meets for our kickoff and end-of-season conference meet.

Practices are at Eaton Rapids Pool, located in the Middle School.

A complete season schedule will be available at the first practice.

All you need to get started is a swimsuit, goggles, and a swim cap.
