*****Water Main Break Update*****

The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory has been lifted. No mandatory boil water advisory will be issued, and customers may resume normal water use.

Water main repairs have been completed, and water service has been restored. Due to the temporary reduction in water pressure, some customers may experience cloudy or discolored water. EPWSA crews will be flushing water mains throughout the city limits to help clear the system.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and sincerely appreciate our customers’ patience and understanding.

UPDATE: EPWSA WILL BE ISSUING A PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER ADVISORY FOR CUSTOMERS AFFECTED FROM THE WATER OUTAGE.

UPDATE: water main repair...eta is 6-8 hours. We have a huge water main break. Please understand this will take a while to get repaired and get the water back on. We appreciate your patience!!

EPWSA has a Watermain break on Little River Trail that is affecting several roads out in that area. The technicians are on their way out now to assess the situation. Will post an ETA of repair when it is available.
