Eatontown EMS sends their thoughts and prayers to the family and ems family of neptune township ems and the county sheriff as he was a deputy coordinator for the ems side of the oem for a great loss. Bil Rosen a great leader and a big mentor for all the emt's in monmouth county. Bil was big on emt's mental health. He will be truly missed. We got it from here Bil just watch over us as we continue to do our mission for our community that you have taught us. R.I.P Bil Rosen and godspeed.
