Regional Enterprises for Adults & Children, Inc REACH, Inc. is a community-based, private non-profit organization whose mission is to provide innovative opportunities for people in order to promote self-determination and full participation in the community, regardless of their ability.

Reach, Inc is a private, non-profit corporation providing human services to people with disabilities in Eau Claire County since 1963. Starting with less than ten clients, three staff and a budget of a few thousand dollars, Reach has grown to serve more than 900 families and clients each year. Our mission is to provide innovative opportunities for people in order to promote self-determination and full participation in the community, regardless of their ability.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Ryan Ludy to our Board of Directors! Ryan has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, relationship development, business operations and community engagement in the Chippewa Valley. He currently serves as a Project Advisor with Rock & Tait. Previously Ryan served as the Executive Director of United Way - Greater Chippewa Valley. Ryan brings a lifelong passion and commitment of support and advocacy for those with disabilities. He understands the pilar of REACH's mission that everyone deserves to be independent and live a full and meaningful life. Welcome Ryan!

Congratulations to Elias Scheel, 2026 Employee of the Year! Elias has worked at the Pinehurst Laundromat for 7 years and truly enjoys his job and the customers. He said "It's an honor to be nominated!"
The 2026 Employer of the Year is Pinehurst Foods, Inc.! Marie says she enjoys working with Elias. What an amazing day at the REACH for the Stars Golf Classic! The weather was gorgeous, the golfers were on par and the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club staff and course were unbelievable!
