When Adriana reached out to us, she felt hopeless, but over time she found the care and support she needed to feel less alone. Through her journey, she got connected with resources for her baby and support navigating life as a single mom.

For over 45 years, Apple Pregnancy Care Center has been walking alongside women and families in the Chippewa Valley. Not just with baby supplies (though yes, those too ✨), but with care, guidance, and open arms.

Because every mom deserves to know: you are not alone, and people genuinely care about your future.

Our Back to School Giveaway for clients is right around the corner, and we want every family who walks through our doors to leave with what they need for the season ahead. 🍎

Right now, we're especially low on:
🧷 Diapers (4-5)
🍼 Wipes
👖 Pull-ups (all sizes)

These everyday essentials make a real difference for the moms and families we serve, easing one more worry so they can focus on their little ones.

Here's an honest answer: No, we don't provide or refer for abortions. What we do offer is everything you need to make a fully informed decision, at no cost to you:

✅ Free pregnancy testing
✅ Free options counseling covering all of your choices
✅ Accurate, medically-informed information about abortion, adoption, and parenting

Whatever you're facing, you deserve real facts and a space to think it through without pressure. We're not here to tell you what to do. We're here to make sure you have everything you need before you decide.
