Brain and Body Fitness

This is an exercise brain health and social engagement for people living with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias, and their care partners.

Mondays & Wednesdays from September 14th - December 2nd

Come join Mang "Ma" Yan for a fun presentation about falconry. Mang has practiced falconry for over 14 years and is a master falconer. He will talk about the history, acquisition and methods for training and hunting raptors. you will also learn how to identify key distinctive characteristics of each raptor species. He will be joined by his Harris's Hawk Charlie and possible other birds.
