Time: 8am - 12pm

Event Details:
o For Eau Claire County residents only.
o Chemicals must be in the original container with the product label.
o Please stay in your vehicle to reduce wait times. Staff will unload your vehicle.

Can't make the event?
Schedule an appointment with WRR Environmental to dispose of your hazardous waste properly. Fees apply.

No Fee Items:
• Oil based paints
• Pesticides/Fertilizers
• Thinners/Strippers
• Stains/Varnish
• Solvents
• Cleaners/Polishes
• Old fuel
• Used oil filters
• Antifreeze
• Aerosol cans

Accepted for a fee:
• Latex paint ($4/gallon)
• Light bulbs (varies by type)
• 1lb & 20lb Propane cylinders (no rust)

Our next household hazardous waste event 2026 is July 25th! During this event you can dispose of things like paint, motor oil, fertilizers/pesticides, and more!

We had a blast at Earth Fest! Over 1,000 people came through to participate in workshops, the Repair Fair, and to chat with local businesses and organizations about sustainability and the environment.
