Flynn 4th graders enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of Irvine Park, where they got to learn about adaptations and fun facts from the zookeeper. They also got to pet a lavender skunk. Students explored the cave, played on the playgrounds, and interacted with lots of different animals at the petting zoo. Thank you to our Flynn Elementary PTO for their generosity in making this field trip happen!

Flynn Kindergarteners were busy in our dramatic play pizzeria! From taking orders and making pizzas, to serving customers and working the cash register, students practiced teamwork, communication, creativity, and problem-solving through play. Learning is always more meaningful when it’s hands-on and fun!

KP spread a little kindness and creativity by decorating peace rocks for the front of our school! Each rock was uniquely designed to help brighten our school community and remind others to choose kindness, friendship, and peace every day.
