As the mercury continues to rise, let's dream of the cooler, snowy, festive days of December. The Friends of the Library have pulled the Holiday books out of storage for our Christmas in July collection. Stop into the Friends of the Library Bookstore on level 0 to check it out.

May is National Mystery Month!

So, the Friends of the Library have decided to bring back Blind Date with a Book with a mystery theme. Stop down to the Friends of the Library Bookstore on level 0 of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library and check out our Mystery Mysteries section.

Wondering how Blind Date with a Book works? It is 3 easy steps. Step 1: Select your Book Blind Date. DO NOT UNWRAP IT! Step 2: Purchase your book. You can do this by paying the bookstore assistant, placing your donation in the cashbox on the wall to the right of the desk, or by using our QR code or Venmo. Step 3: Unwrap your book and enjoy reading it.
