Two teams. Two Charities. One community. Mark your calendars, Chippewa Valley! It's time for the ultimate faceoff. It's a matchup we've all been waiting for, POLICE vs. FIRE.

First responders from across the Chippewa Valley will hit the ice this November in an inaugural charity hockey game to raise money for Kids N' Cops and Coats for Kids.

Puck drop 11.6.26 at 6:30 p.m. at Altoona Ice Arena. More details to come. STAY TUNED for information on how to get your tickets.

Answering questions about our raffle tickets:

How much do they cost?
$20 for 1 ticket
$50 for a book of 3 tickets

How to get your tickets?
1. Reach out to one of our charity board members.

2. Direct message the charity page how many tickets you would like and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will verify your payment over Venmo or set up a time to meet at a fire station for payment prior to receiving your ticket numbers.

How do I know if I win?
1. Sign up for our golf outing and be present at the time of the drawing!
2. We will be live streaming our drawing - watch here on Facebook and listen for your number to be drawn! More info to come closer to Sept 17.

What is the grand prize?

Today, some of our incredible firefighters took on the Eau Claire Marathon in a way only they would…

Running a relay in turnout gear. 🔥

Not because they had to… but because they wanted to represent, show up, and have some fun while doing it.

Even better — they used the race as an opportunity to raise funds for our charity, giving right back to the community they serve every day.

It’s moments like this that remind you how special this group really is.
Strong. Committed. And always finding ways to give back.
