🔍 GHOST HUNT CLUE
Status: FOUND

This little ghost has a sweet tooth — he made a pit stop at his favorite trailside shop for a waffle gob before he kept moving. From there he crossed not one, but two large bridges, chasing the trail onward. On the far side of the second bridge, a little glen caught his eye, and that's where he decided to settle in for good. He's tucked in cozy now, just keeping one eye on his blanket — hoping the wind doesn't have other plans for it! 👻

🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚴 Trail Reminders 🚴🏃‍♀️🚶

Our trails are open to walking, running, and cycling! A few friendly reminders to keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone:
✅ E-bike use follows PA state e-bike law
✅ Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after
🚫 Stealing of signs and locks is a crime, and is never okay
🚫 Horses are not permitted on the trails
🚫 ATVs and dirt bikes are not permitted on the trails

Trail etiquette tips:
🎧 Skip the double earbuds — you'll want to hear others coming
➡️ Keep to the right, pass on the left
🔔 Give a heads-up with a bell or a friendly "on your left!" before passing
🐢 Slow down when passing others, especially dogs and their humans

🌟 UPDATE: trail is open again for use! 🌟

🚨 TEMPORARY TRAIL CLOSURE 🚨

The Jim Mayer Riverswalk will be temporarily closed between Horner Street and Central Avenue due to an overhanging tree. We anticipate having this resolved tomorrow midday, please avoid this section of trail in the meantime. We will post an update once it is safely removed, thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

This little ghost doesn't like the spotlight — he'd rather stay low and dry, right where the trail ducks under the road instead of crossing it. Follow the trail past the old stone pieces — leftovers from a historic bridge that once crossed at Red Mill. 👻

🔍 GHOST HUNT CLUE
Status: FOUND

This ghost went looking for a place to stay the night. First stop: the White Mill Hotel — but he found the doors shut for good. Next he tried the new cabin rental along the trail, only to find it booked. Running out of options, he settled for the next best thing: a spot under the road, along a paved portion of trail beside the river. Take caution when approaching this ghost, as sometimes the trail becomes the river. It is said that this ghost appears when you bring Skittles near. 👻

Status: FOUND (don’t worry, more to come)

Precambrian Rex picked his spot carefully — somewhere on the Ghost Town Trail, but not just any ghost town. He wanted the oldest one that was already standing years before the county around it even existed. He’s not one for exploring though, so find somewhere to rest your legs. 👻 🦖

Ah, the sun is shining, the cyclists, runners, and walkers are out — perfect conditions for hunting ghosts. 👻 Nothing says "great use of a weekday" like abandoning all responsibilities to go poke around a trail for something that's been dead for who-knows-how-long and still hasn't introduced itself properly.
