🇺🇸🎆 A HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM THE VILLAGE OF EDDYVILLE 🎆🇺🇸
As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day together, the Village of Eddyville would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every person, family, business, organization, and volunteer who made this year’s celebration possible.
This year’s fireworks did not happen because of one person or one organization. They happened because an entire community came together.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of more than 40 donors, our community raised a total of $13,495 to make this beloved tradition possible. Every donation, every hour volunteered, every service provided, and every act of kindness played an important role in bringing this celebration to life.
We would also like to recognize and thank our dedicated 2026 Fourth of July Committee for the countless hours spent planning, organizing, fundraising, coordinating, and preparing for this event:

There was a time when it was uncertain whether this tradition would continue. Watching our community come together in support of one another has been a powerful reminder of what makes Eddyville so special. When something matters to this town, our community shows up.
Today families, friends, neighbors, and visitors will gather to celebrate our nation’s independence, make lasting memories, and enjoy one of Eddyville’s most cherished traditions.
That celebration is possible because of each and every one of you.
