Today, A Federal Holiday, The library will be closed to recognize Columbus Day and Indigenous Resistance Day.

Indigenous Resistance Day, observed every October 12, shines a light on the often-overlooked history and resilience of native communities. Join us in recognizing their profound cultural contributions, persistent struggles, and ongoing fight for self-determination. Educate yourself, amplify indigenous voices, and support their initiatives.
