BE FAST is an acronym used to quickly recognize stroke symptoms and act immediately. Key signs include sudden Balance loss, Eye/vision changes, Face drooping, Arm weakness, and Speech difficulty. If any of these signs are present, Time is critical—call 911 immediately.

Strong teams are built through training, dedication, and showing up ready to learn. Last night we were proud to see our newest members stepping up and diving into rescue training, focusing on large object stabilization and movement. Their commitment and drive continue to strengthen our crew and our capabilities. The future is strong, and it’s being shaped right here on the training ground.
