https://www.scouting.org/programs/venturing/ Venture Crew 614 was founded in 2005 by several scouts who had grown tired of their Boy and Girl Scout Troops and wanted to do more. Our Venture Crew has had several changes of venues over the years but that has not changed who we are. We meet the Second and Fourth Monday of every month at the Eden United Methodist Church in Eden. We are individuals who

search for the next adventure. Whether its hike through the depths of the Adirondack Mountains or sailing through the Florida Keys, our scouts take great pride in exploring the world and learning more about themselves. We work with Boy Scout Troops and Cub Scout Packs as well as help around the community. Our members come from all walks of life. Some of us nerds that enjoy video games and board games and others are outdoorsy people who prefer a to commune with nature. Take a tour of our page and see what were all about.
