We will be having our annual meeting on Saturday, June 13 2026, from 9-11 am under the oak tree at the corner of Bluff and Squirrel drive. Dues can be paid and new river keys may be purchased (homeowners only)at this time as the locks will be changed on the gate immediately following the meeting. If this is your first year paying dues you must bring proof of ownership.
Dues are still $25 per year, $15 for seniors over 55 years of age. Up to 2 river keys may be purchased for $5 each. *** Beginning around 12 noon, we will begin our family day at 127 squirrel drive, with hot dogs, chips, drinks, and a waterslide for the kids and young at heart😜.

Please don’t leave fishing hooks on the bank and in the water around the swimming area for our children to step on. We want families to have a good time and not get hurt.

PSA- As the weather warms up it’s time to remind some people about the river rules, (a)especially the signing in and out,(b) do not loan out your keys, (c) no one under 18 allowed without a parent or guardian who must be a homeowner,(d) keep the gate locked, and (e), homeowners and guests only are allowed , guests must be accompanied by the owner at all times.
Not gonna start this year, you WILL lose your river privileges.
Also, if you ride 4 wheelers, side by sides, etc, please don’t tear the road up worse than it is. We will be working on it in the coming weeks but please don’t make it worse.

Ok my neighbors, the fire department answered 3 calls in Foxbow today alone for trash and debris burning. We are still under the burn ban! Hope you have plenty of money because the sheriff’s office have been and will be issuing fines for the ones that think it’s ok to burn right now. Trust me, our neighbors are watching and calling your fires in!

PSA- A home in our community was broken into over the weekend while the owner was away. Please everyone be vigilant and help look out for each other. If you see something or someone suspicious, report it!
