Happy Hikers is a group that Eden, Madison and Reidsville are collaborating to offer. It is a hike led by Deb Irving each month and this month the hike is in Stoneville at Deshazo Mill. Hiking is a perfect way to boost your mood, move your body and connect with your community. Join us and walk your way to better health-physically, mentally and emotionally.
