NEW RESOURCE FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The Rock County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) Domestic Violence Workgroup, Rock County, WI, has launched a new website designed to connect victims of domestic violence with important information, support, and available community resources.

If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, you are not alone. Help is available.

The website QR code provides information to help victims understand their options, find resources, and take steps toward safety.

On 08-17-2026, we received a report of a retail theft from Deegan’s Hardware. We are sharing this post in hopes to identify a location of our suspect. A presumptive Identification of the suspect has been made, but to ensure the integrity of the investigation, and to continue moving it in a positive direction with the evidence we have already collected, we must keep that information concealed for the time being.

Using agencies in our surrounding area, including interstate camera footage, we suspect their whereabouts are in the Madison area.

Any information regarding a possible location of this suspect can be reported to the Rock County Non-Emergency Line 608-757-2244, referencing case number ED2608955.

Come on down to Racetrack Park for National Night Out! We are grilling burgers and dogs and you can interact with a lot of local business and organizations. The helicopter lands at 6:30 but the fun is from 5-8 today! Ray, Rich and Russ are grilling as we speak! See you at the food pavilion!

Our Hunger Task Force Team has been busy this week and it's only Wednesday! We were able to make a food drop to Elm Drive, and water for this year's National Night Out! Shout out to Lion member Jeff who is our liaison with Perry's Piggly Wiggly to help us come together to serve our community! If you've ever stopped and bought a brat at our Saturday stand at the Pig, this is where your support is going and we thank you! 🦁

A special thank you for a fantastic evening at our 2026 National Night Out!
On behalf of the Edgerton Police Department, we would like to thank everyone who came out to Racetrack Park and helped make this year's event such a tremendous success. It was great to see so many families, neighbors, and community partners share this special night together.
A special thank you goes out to our event sponsors, volunteers, our many law enforcement partners, the fire department, EMS, vendors, Edgerton's very own Dan Reilly, and everyone who came to support the event.
Most importantly, a very special thank you to our community who support us and participate in connecting with the first responders. This is what National Night Out is all about: building relationships and strengthening your trust in us to make our communities safer, stronger, and a better place to live.
We hope everyone had a great time, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
