South County Senior Activity Center

South County Senior Activity Center South County Senior Center is a recreation and activities center located in Edgewater. We have a variety of activites available for members 55 and older.

There's something for everyone here. We are one of the seven Senior Centers in Anne Arundel County. We offer non-credit Anne Arundel Community College classes. One must be 55+ to join the membership. Membership is free, but there is a cost associated with the AACC classes. We are also home of the South County ShowStoppers, a traveling variety show. Classes include: Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi

, Line Dancing, Belly Dancing, Tap Dancing, Jazz Dancing, Languages ~ French, Spanish, & Italian, Art classes, Ceramics, Duck Carving & Painting, History classes, Cooking classes, Presentations ~ various doctors in the community, as well as AAMC, Financial/Investingl presentations, and so much more.
