All of the people in Circuit 19 have continuously and systemically violating my Constitutionally-Protected Rights as well as my ADA Rights.

The above people have conspired with Justin, Mary, and Ira Serlick to abuse, harass, cyberstalk, and violate me since the beginning of this six year saga on October 8th, 2020.

Here it is ya'll:

I, Heather Louise Bendl, here by apologize for exposing the criminal enterprise that is Illinois Circuit 19 Family Court Child Trafficking Ring. We the People, I formally apologize to you for exposing your thousands, if not millions, of tax dollars wasted while American children are being trafficked by the very courts that are suppose to protect us. I apologize for filing a Federal Complaint in U.S. District Court as case # 1:26-cv-06428 for Illinois Circuit 19 violating my Constitutionally-Protected ADA Rights where State Attorney Eric Rinehart, ASA Kevin Berrill, and Judge Melius are Defendants in my case that has now made it into U.S. District Court of Appeals as Case # 26-2794. Most importantly, I apologize to all the children and families that have been used, abused, and tossed aside just so Illinois Circuit 19 Court Actors can make thousands upon thousands from your suffering.

The Constitution pocket handbook I am holding was given to me in the Rayborn Building in Washington D.C. on November 4th, 2025 while I was with many other parents and advocates speaking to our Members of Congress about Title IV-D Child Support Reform.

Pete and I will be making a podcast episode specifically about what this post is about. After the email I got today regarding ASA Kevin Berrill demanding I grovel to the very people that have been abusing my children and I since September 15th, 2020 it is now time to go completely PUBLIC with all of it!
