CHECK OUT what came in today!
A Piece of Slate Roof Tile from the 1885 Aberdeen B&O Station 💛🚂
Saved from the rubble by Jacob as he began working with the Historical Society. Not only does this shingle represent a piece of Harford's Architectural and Transportation history, but it represents a rewarding project Jacob worked on as he began serving the community. Thank you Jacob for all of the work you do preserving our County and for this inspiring donation!

WHAT WILL COME IN NEXT?
Remember the items sent in should be roughly no bigger than your fist and to bring your memory to ANY Harford County Library BEFORE OCTOBER 1ST ⌛️
to be included in this historic project.

SHARE YOUR PIECE OF HARFORD COUNTY'S HISTORY 🧩
As part of the Harford 250 celebration we are partnering with Mosaic Artist Lisa Scarbath at Pieceful Designs Mosaics to create an mosaic for the theme "Rooted in History, Lighting the Way to the Future". To bring her project "Piecing Together Harford's History" to life we are asking EVERYONE to share their memories of Harford County. Whether it be represented as glass, metal, plastic or stone. Any durable material smaller than your fist (or that can be broken to fit) will work!

🎥 Share with us your journey, finding an item, recording your story and dropping it off at the library! Tag us or use the and you could be featured on our channels!
