Unless a mission-critical program is specifically approved by the Director, ALL SCHEDULED CLASSES AT MFRI COLLEGE PARK HEADQUARTERS AND OUR SIX STATEWIDE REGIONAL TRAINING CENTERS WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2020.

THE STATUS OF MFRI TRAINING PROGRAMS HOSTED AT COUNTY/MUNICIPAL TRAINING ACADEMIES OR CAREER/VOLUNTEER FIRE STATIONS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE RESPECTIVE LOCAL AGENCY OR AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.

Students should remain in contact with your local MFRI Regional Coordinator and/or the local hosting entity for information regarding the status of the program.

All NERTC classes scheduled to start after today 3/12/20 have been postponed. Classes that are currently running will continue as scheduled. Please take all recommended precautions. The ICS class scheduled to be held on March 4-5, 2019 at Pikesville VFC will be postponed until March 12-13, 2019. The ICS 400 class scheduled for March 12-13 will be re-scheduled to a later date. There are two other ICS 400 classes that currently scheduled. One is at NERTC will be held on 3/20-21. The second is at Pikesville VFC and will be held on 4/9-10. Both classes are open to registration.

The registration period for Swift Water Rescue has been extended to March 4. The start date is March 11, 2019. The classroom sessions will be held at Singerly House 13 in Elkton, MD. Log number is RES-213-S008-19.
