Due to severe weather conditions, all Summer School classes have been canceled, and all district facilities will be closed on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Today, Monday, June 15, 2026: Staff will be released at 3:00 PM to allow time for storm preparations.

The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our highest priority. We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and will provide updates through our official social media platforms and district website as information becomes available.

🎈🧩 Summer Bridge Day 3! 🧩🎈

Our future Lynx continued developing communication and teamwork skills through balloon tower building and blindfolded puzzle challenges. Students practiced effective descriptive communication, collaboration, and problem-solving while having fun!

To close out Summer Bridge, each student who attended today’s team building session received a special Summer Pal to take with them throughout the summer.

🎉📚 Summer Bridge Day 1 Success! 📚🎉

Today, our incoming freshmen kicked off the UTRGV Edinburg CISD Collegiate High Summer Bridge Program with an exciting team-building challenge! 🧡

Students worked together to solve problems, practice effective communication, and strengthen their teamwork skills. Through collaboration, active listening, and creative thinking, they discovered that success is achieved when everyone contributes and works toward a common goal. 🤝✨

We are proud of the positive attitudes, leadership, and determination displayed on Day 1. This is just the beginning of an incredible journey, and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish this year!
