Our Friday Night Lights competition has come to an end. After 16 weeks, Hidalgo Independent School District has been crowned the champion of Friday Night Lights. PSJA ISD has come in 2nd place, and Monte Alto ISD/La Villa ISD came in 3rd place.

We would like to thank all of the ISDs for participating and promoting Census participation.

This week marks the semifinals of the Friday Night Lights Playoffs. Only 4 ISDs remain in the competition. This is a single-elimination tournament; the winners of this week’s matches will move onto the final of this tournament.

This week, the first seed, Hidalgo Independent School District, will face Mercedes ISD. The second seed, PSJA ISD, will face Monte Alto/ La Villa ISD.
