Registration Form

You are invited to a “back to school” event to be held at East Side Elementary on Friday, July 31, 2026 from 4:00-5:30 P.M. Edinburgh Community School Corporation, together with the United Way of Johnson County, several area churches, businesses, and community leaders have joined together to provide school-aged children with many of the supplies and services they need for a terrific start to the 2026-2027 school year through an event called Fast Track.

On this day, (with supplies permitting), your child will be provided a backpack and basic school supplies. You will also be provided with a packet of information from local community partners and services that may benefit your family. This event will occur in the cafeteria at East Side Elementary School.

Although the start of school seems like a long way off, we need to know soon how many students will attend this back to school event so that we can stock the right quantities and avoid running out of any items. Therefore, registration is essential. The deadline to register is June 12, 2026 by 12:00pm. If you do not register, we will be unable to provide supplies to you or your student. Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions made, as specific quantities have to be reported and provided by community agencies. If your family would like to be included in Fast Track 2026, please mark your calendar for July 31st, and complete the Fast Track form found on our website, your email, or our social media pages.

Please take a screenshot of your registration to help the process go faster when you arrive to pick up your supplies. You must have your verification to receive your items at the event without any wait.

It is our hope that this event will ensure your child is ready to start the school year on the “FAST TRACK” to learning! Please contact the East Side Elementary front office staff (812-526-9771) if you have any questions about this event.
