The Oklahoma Army National Guard needs you to become a member of the Warrant Officer Cohort.

Warrant Officer Candidate School Options: 1. The National Guard RTI Courses are conducted at various State RTIs; Candidates attend seven IDT weekends (2 Phase 0 and 5 Phase II drills) and one two-week ADT period (Phase III). 2. Active Component: 35 day in residence program at Fort Rucker, Alabama; Courses start roughly every two weeks.
Warrant Officer Basic Course: Specialized training prepares you to be a technical and tactical expert in your concentration and an effective leader, instructor and advisor to both subordinates and commanders who depend on you.
