In 2025 and 2026, the office has earned TWO PERFECT SCORES on the Oklahoma Tax Commission Performance Audit-an amazing achievement. My name is on the door—but the amazing team at the office is responsible for this incredible achievement. While many focus on the runoff—I’m focusing on November 3, 2026. Just over 4 months and I’ll be everywhere campaigning and explaining how my staff earned a perfect score for everything we do from the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
We have the friendliest, most helpful Assessor’s Office staff ANYWHERE.
The laws I’ve worked to pass are saving ALL property owners in the State of Oklahoma $1.6 Billion this year. Oklahoma County property owners are enjoying a $400 Million property tax cut—and that amount grows every year. Saving taxpayers money EVERY DAY, by having 52 fewer staff by using advance technology to perform our duties, saves taxpayers even more —- $5 million EACH YEAR and more than $14,000 EVERY DAY.
The complicated laws passed by the legislature should be updated, and I’ve worked hard with the legislature to achieve those goals. Stay tuned, I’ll share what was proposed and why to keep Oklahoma property taxes among the lowest in the nation!
