Hi all! We're extending our mid-morning weekday lap swim, beginning this Monday, 8/10. Instead of beginning at 10am, we will now open at 9am! Our weekday lap swim slots are now 5:30am-6:30am, 9am-1pm, and 5pm-8pm.

We're finally able to add our evening lap swim! Drop by for an evening dip anytime, 5pm-8pm. See you soon, Penguin fam!

Looks like there is scheduled maintenance tonight on SportsEngine (Registration Site). We were not made aware of this, or we would have moved lesson registration to tomorrow.

Sorry everyone! The estimated finishing time of the maintenance is 11pm PST. Feel free to hop on then, or early in the morning to register. So sorry, again. We had no idea, and unfortunately we can't get in on our end either. ): Please forgive us, and we hope you can register late tonight or in the morning.

Join Adam Riehl for a relaxing outdoor sound bath at Yost Pool in Edmonds on Friday July 3rd.

This experience will take place in the covered lobby area at Yost Pool, outdoors but protected from the elements. Please note: this is not in the pool and there will be no swimming. We’ll be gathered in the covered outdoor space for a cozy hour of rest, stillness, and sound.

If you’re new to sound baths, this is a great place to begin. You’ll simply get comfortable, lie down, and receive the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments designed to help you relax and unwind.

Because we’ll be outdoors, please dress warmly and bring whatever helps you feel comfortable.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye mask
• Warm layers
• Water
• Anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported

Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself an hour to slow down and receive.
