If you missed Monday evening's annual Metcalfe Co. Farmers Market producer training meeting, you grow fruits/vegetables, and plan on selling your homegrown produce at the Metcalfe Co. Farmers market this year, there are two more training dates for growers to take, so you can accept WIC and Senior Voucher payments:
Tomorrow, Thursday 3/26/26 at 1 p.m. at the Extension office, or
Tuesday 4/1, 8:30 a.m. at the indoor farmers mkt pavillion.

This is for fruit/vegetable growers, not resellers. A farm visit to verify eligible produce growing, is required.

Join us for a voucher training 4:30 - 5:30 (before the annual producer training/meeting, if you are a fruit/vegetable grower who wants to be able to accept the WIC and Senior vouchers during the 2026 market season. NOTE: Vouchers apply ONLY for produce and honey for seniors. Then you can stay for the annual producer planning meeting Chili supper from 5:30 - 7.
