It’s been awhile!

🔴All supplies provided.
🟢$20 fee for class.
🔴Space is limited and registration will be on a first come first serve basis.
🟢Stencils will be available in various Christmas and winter designs. (Picture is just one available option)
🔴Ribbon provided for bows.

Guided Group Hike at Mammoth Cave National Park🥾🌲

📆 Saturday Sept. 27th @ 8:30 am

📍 Mammoth Cave Visitor Center

Lead by: Kristin Parrish

🔴All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and are acknowledging that they are voluntarily participating at their own risk🔴

▶️Please RSVP for this event to Kristin Parrish either through a direct message here, email at [email protected], or call 270-432-0553.◀️

🟢The hike will be approx. 2.5 miles and moderate difficulty. We will be starting at the visitor center and hiking down to the Historic Cave Entrance and will then hike Green River Bluff trail, connecting to Dixon Cave trail and ending back at the visitor center (making it a loop). This hike is moderate because there is some uphill, downhill, and a large set of stairs.

🔵 Please wear hiking shoes or tennis shoes with good tread. Also pack water and snacks and check the weather forecast to ensure you wear appropriate clothing.

🟣 We will discuss the 10 Essentials to pack for a hike and the Leave No Trace principles. We will also cover some basic gear needed for hiking.

‼️In the event of inclement weather, the hike will be postponed/cancelled. That update will be posted here on the FB page if needed.‼️

Run/Walk Support Group from 6:30-7:15 AM

No matter what your goals might be, this group is for you! Everyone is welcome!

Join Jessica Tucker Tuesday July 23 at 6:30 am and start your day with a run or walk! Feel free to stay the whole time or leave early if needed. This group will offer support, encouragement, and accountability. A great opportunity to work on your fitness goals and connect with others.

Group will meet at the upstairs entrance/parking lot at the Wellness Center.

Join us Thursday for a Mom and Me/Dad and Me Yoga Class at the Wellness Center! All information is in the shared post below.

Join us THURSDAY March 14th at 5:30 pm for Yoga with Jennifer Moonsong!

This week will be a special yoga event! Mom and Me/Dad and Me class! Bring your kiddos for a fun, nature inspired yoga class great for all ages. We will be taking our mats outside to enjoy the sunshine!

🔴Mats available but participants are welcome to bring their own.🔴

Location: Wellness Center (UPSTAIRS)
