Holiday assistance is available for children ages 1 to 17. Families must provide income requirements.

Our FRYSC team is now accepting Holiday Assistance Applications for Metcalfe County residents who have children enrolled in Metcalfe County Schools.

Wednesday, September 9th is High Attendance Day across Kentucky. We are celebrating with every single student on this day by giving out refreshing popsicles and doing 10 random giveaways throughout the day for our attending students. MCES make plans to Show Up & Chill Out Wednesday!

Later this month, Metcalfe County Schools will celebrate “All in for Agriculture Education Week,” and we need your help!

Volunteers across Kentucky are stepping into classrooms as guest speakers and teachers to “Bring Ag to the Classroom” for students.

So, we are recruiting local farmers and ag industry leaders to join us Sept. 21-25 to read an agriculture-related book to one classroom of students.

We've got lots of activities planned for the week that we can't wait to share, including hands-on lessons, contests, and community engagement that bring agriculture, food, and standards-based learning into every subject!
